Help Me, Reader Base aka You’re Her Only Hope

Okay, so I might be exaggerating slightly. We just recently found out that Tim’s brother’s wife has been diagnosed with a pretty aggressive form of cancer. Kayla and her husband, Lance, have gone through a lot over the years. It seemed like they might just be getting it all together when this hit. Apparently, the bills are adding up faster than they would like, and, of course, the insurance is fighting her needing testing and treatment. (Because why should insurance do what it’s supposed to do?)

Kayla’s friend, Cassi Williamson, started a GoFundMe page to help with the costs, so I’m sharing that here with the hopes that someone might find the compassion to assist. As Cassi says on the page, between the two of them, Lance and Kayla have five, count them, five children. The oldest is going to be sixteen this year, and the youngest just turned six. While Tim and I will be supportive no matter what happens, these kids shouldn’t have to lose their mom if there’s something that can be done.
